HypnoBirthing® is a tried and proven technique, as well as a philosophy that guides and prepares a woman in giving birth. It is a philosophy that encompasses the psychological, as well as the physical well-being of the mother, her birth partner and the newborn - independent of context: birthing at home, hospital or a birthing unit.

The Lamaze Six Healthy Birth Practices is the foundation of these antenatal classes. My goal is to prepare you and I strive to help you to make informed decisions. Lamaze believes that when you are informed, you will be confident asking questions and making decisions to comfortably be able to take control as you navigate your path through pregnancy, birth and parenthood.

Homeopathy for Reproductive Health & Hormones

Your first homeopathic consultation is very in-depth. The usual length of an initial consultation is approximately an hour and a half to two hours duration. You will be asked the reason for your visit, how long you have had your ailment, and asked to describe what makes it worse or better, your health history, family health history, your food likes/dislikes/allergies, quality of your sleep, questions regarding your menstrual cycle and any issues regarding your fertility - to name a few! We are interested in the ‘whole’ person in front of us, regarding physical, mental and emotional health equally important. We seek to find the ‘disturbance’, helping to support overall health equilibrium. I am able to work alongside your GP/Specialist. Please do be aware we do not ‘treat’ or ‘diagnose’ therefore, are not able to run blood or other diagnostic/medical tests.

- Hormonal issues - irregular periods, heavy periods, painful periods (dysmenorrhoea), amenorrhoea (no periods)
- PMS, Acne with PMS
- Mood disorders associated with PMS e.g. anxiety, irritability

Get an in-depth insight into how your body works, learn your fertile signs, gain confidence in understanding your unique cycle, when the best time is to try to conceive based on what you are taught, put into practice and make part of your everyday lives. A total of 3 visits is required to learn and benefit from lifelong skills regarding your fertility. You will be fully supported throughout the entire learning process and this support will continue for the duration of 12 months.
