This support service will be based entirely on understanding the Homeopathic remedies and Bach Flower essences that I have seen work best and repeatedly come up again during labour, birth and postpartum.

With this comes a booklet outlining what, how, when including dosages of remedies. This will also be specific to how you birth - if you have a medicalised birth, I'm going to adapt the remedies to work in harmony with whatever intervention is occurring for you and baby - e.g. are you being induced with Syntocinon, will your membranes be artificially ruptured? What are the implications and how can we best support your body alongside these?
