Bach Flower Essences

Heard of Rescue Remedy? Also known as the “crisis formula” it is a combination of specific flower remedies used for times when we feel shock, despair, fear, extreme worry or find ourselves in the midst of a crisis. An effective first aid remedy, Rescue Remedy can swiftly bring us back to feeling centred and grounded.

Apart from Rescue Remedy, did you know that single Bach Flower essences also exist? A total of 38 in fact - each for a specific emotional and mental state.

“A healthy mind ensures a healthy body” - Dr Bach’s Philosophy - a sensitive an intuitive person with a deep respect for nature, believed that medicine should do no harm.

Dr Bach intended the use of the remedies to be simple enough for everyone to use. Disease is similar in many individuals BUT it is the way an individual responds to the disease or the condition, that is the most significant for the practitioner. Bach Flower Practitioners do not diagnose, rather, seek to support mental/emotional balance.

Bach Flower remedies balance negative emotions, are gentle, safe for anyone (including pets and plants) are non habit forming and can be taken alongside prescribed medications.

As they are so gentle in action, they are ideal for pregnant mums, during labour and birth, following birth and for newborns.

I specifically make unique Bach Flower essences to support you or your baby during these times. A combination of up to 5 individual essences is created unique to your needs.

I am able to visit you 2 weeks prior to your due birth date to make up your own individual flower essence for your labour/birth. I am also able to visit you in your home to support you with flower essences during your post-natal period. If this is not an option, consultations can be carried out over the phone, with the flower essence either collected or couriered out to you (**cost of courier in consultation not included).
